Refund & Cancellation Policy (For Donors)

Kohli Gyan Foundation

Kohli Gyan Foundation is a charitable, non-profit organization. Donations are used to support student education and empowerment programs.

1. Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made to the foundation are non-refundable, except in cases of proven technical error.

2. Duplicate Donations

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, contact us within 7 days with proof. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation of Monthly Donations

Donors may request cancellation of recurring monthly donations by writing to us at least 5 days before the next debit cycle.

5. Tax Exemption Certificates

Donors will receive tax receipts as applicable by law. Corrections can be requested within 30 days.
